
Simon brings nearly two decades of executive experience across corporate innovation, strategy, and talent. He has advised Fortune 500 organizations on navigating demographic shifts and has held senior roles at Manulife Financial and Communitech, where he led future of work initiatives impacting more than 1,600 companies.
His work has been featured in Forbes, Kiplinger Personal Finance and leading pension publications, and he is a columnist for Advisor.ca, writing on longevity, retirement, and workforce evolution.
He holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he serves as Chair of the Board of Governors and sits on the Lazaridis School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council.

Simon works with senior leadership teams to develop strategies that enhance workforce resilience, drive growth, and build longevity-ready systems for the era of 100-year lives.
His perspective is shaped by a global network of leading longevity institutions. As a Global Ambassador and Community Manager with the Stanford Center on Longevity, he translates emerging research and real-world innovation into strategic insight. He co-chairs The Nexel Collaborative, working with leading universities such as Stanford, Harvard, and the University of Chicago to pioneer midlife transition programs.
He also serves on the Advisory Board for Yale’s Experienced Leaders Initiative and is a Senior Fellow at CoGenerate, contributing to the advancement of intergenerational collaboration in higher education.
